Great prices compared to other companies. After shopping around I knew this was the company to use. Tony is super involved, friendly and responsive.
Amazingly priced service. Tony went above and beyond to make sure our bin was delivered on time and coordinated with our contractor.
I rented two bins. Tony was great to deal with and very professional. Reliable and super quick - will use them again for sure.
As a home builder it's very important that bin drop-offs and pickups are on time. The team at MTF Group are professional, honest and respectful. 100% would recommend.
Rented multiple bins with no regrets. Bins were picked up and replaced on request within hours - and they look good in front of the home too.
From the drivers to the boys in the yard, never an issue. Always on time, always ready to help. Strongly recommend.

Can I really get a bin today?
Yes - order by 10 am, Monday to Saturday, and MTF usually delivers the same day, if a bin is available. The booking assistant only shows dates it can actually hit.
Is it safe to pay in the chat?
You pay by typing your card into a secure card box right inside this chat - there's no separate page or form. Your card details go straight to Stripe, never to MTF, and you'll get an order number right away.
What size do I need?
Roughly: 10 yard for a garage, 14 for a basement or roof, 20 for a whole house, 30–40 for construction. Soil, concrete or brick need an excavation bin (5, 7 or 14 yard) - one material per bin. Describe the job to the assistant and it will recommend one. General waste bins run 1 to 3.5 tonnes included, with three smaller excavation sizes for soil, concrete or brick. Tell the assistant the job and it'll name a size.
What's included in the price?
Delivery, pickup and disposal up to the bin's weight limit: 1 to 3.5 tonnes depending on size. Every price already includes 13% HST, so the total you book is the total you pay.
What costs extra?
Extra weight costs $155 per extra tonne. Extra days cost $30 a day over. A $100 mix fee applies. These charges are billed after pickup, once the load is weighed - never charged upfront. Outside our main service area, an extended-area delivery fee applies, shown in full in your quote before you pay. Extra-weight rate: $135.00 per tonne plus a tariff surcharge of $20.00 per tonne (total $155.00 per tonne).
Will it damage my driveway?
Ask for a wooden platform and we'll place it between the bin and your driveway. See our Terms & Conditions for hard-surface details.
Do I need a permit?
No permit needed on your own driveway or property. Street or boulevard placement needs a road-occupancy permit - the cost and rules vary by city, so check your city's page on this site.
What can't go in the bin?
No hazardous waste, paint, propane tanks, tires or batteries - every load goes to a licensed facility. Soil, concrete and brick need their own excavation bin, one material per bin, or mixing triggers the $100 fee.
Your bin could be in the driveway by dinner.
