Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small bits of data your browser stores and sends back with matching requests. Session storage belongs to one browser tab and clears when you close it. If a cookie expires, that does not delete information you already sent us in a request. The table below splits our own storage from each vendor's.
Tracking with no cookie
Google's advanced Consent Mode can send a signal with no cookie. Usermaven's strict mode uses a code made from your device, not a cookie that names you. Check the rows below for each service.
Browser controls
You can clear or block cookies in your browser's settings. Blocking essential storage can break the assistant or the payment form. For information you already sent us, see the contact and rights part of our Privacy Policy.

This list covers services used for your request and payment, plus some optional tracking services. Not every service runs on every page.

| MTF first-party request and session storage Tracks where your request came from, keeps the assistant chat going, and stops duplicate events. | Your campaign details, click IDs, source and device type, a session ID, and guards against duplicate events. See the table below. | mtf_attr, mtf_asst, mtf_attr_pushed and mtf_lead_captured:*. The name mtf_attr is also used in sessionStorage. | See the lifetimes in the table below. A copy attached to a request is kept as long as that request record, per our Privacy Policy. | Needed to handle your request. | MTF. Where your request came from is kept in your request details, request emails and our booking system, and can also appear in Stripe's payment records. |
