MTF Group rents six sizes of general waste bin, also called a dumpster rental, and three sizes of excavation bin across the Greater Toronto Area. Every bin is one flat rate plus HST, with delivery, pickup and disposal built in up to the included weight, for a fixed 7-day or 4-day term. Order by 10 am for same-day delivery.

General waste
Household, renovation and roofing debris. Tonnage included in every rate.
Each extra tonne: $155. Extra-weight rate: $135.00 per tonne plus a tariff surcharge of $20.00 per tonne (total $155.00 per tonne)..
Extra time past 7 days: $30/day or $140/week.
Excavation
Soil, sand, concrete, brick or asphalt - one material per bin. Low sides for easy loading. Flat rate.
Extra time past 4 days: $30/day or $140/week.
Mixed materials or general waste: $100 mix fee.
How much does a bin rental cost?
A bin rental starts from $425 plus HST for general waste and $325 plus HST for excavation, flat rate, delivery and pickup included. Extra tonnage, extra days or a mixed load are billed after pickup, once the load is weighed. In the extended service area the delivery fee is shown in your quote before you pay.
Extra-weight rate: $135.00 per tonne plus a tariff surcharge of $20.00 per tonne (total $155.00 per tonne).
What size bin do I need?
Most people choose by job, not yard count. A 10 or 14 clears a garage, basement or roof tear-off; a 20, MTF's most-rented size, takes a whole-house clean-out; 25 to 40 suits renovations and bulky commercial loads. Soil, concrete or brick needs its own excavation bin, never mixed with general waste. Describe the job to the assistant for a recommendation.

Can I really get a bin today?
Yes - order by 10 am, Monday to Saturday, and MTF usually delivers the same day, if a bin is available. The booking assistant only shows dates it can actually hit.
Which bin suits a cleanout, and which a new build?
The mid-size general bin (Wide 14' × 8' × 5.5', Narrow 14' × 7' × 6', 2 tonnes included) is best for: Whole-house cleanouts, full-floor renos. The large one (16' × 8' × 6.5', 3 tonnes included) is best for: New builds, additions, bulky waste. Still not sure? Ask the assistant and it'll name a size.
Can I put soil, concrete and brick in the same excavation bin?
No - an excavation bin takes one heavy material at a time. Mixing materials, or adding any general waste, triggers a $100 fee once the load is weighed. Two materials on the job means two bins, not one.
How long can I keep a rented bin on site?
A general waste bin stays 7 days from delivery, an excavation bin 4 days. Need it longer? It's $30 a day or $140 a week past that, billed after pickup once the load is weighed.
